I swapped 90-minute grinds for 30-minute workouts that actually energized me.

I used to chase macros like they owed me money. Now I chase energy.
Whole foods, hydration, and less perfection — that’s the real transformation. Eat to perform in life, not just at the gym.

Rule #3: Protect Your Peace Like It’s a Workout

Recovery isn’t weakness — it’s wisdom.
Sleep, stress management, and boundaries matter as much as any dumbbell. You can’t pour from an empty cup — and you definitely can’t lift with one.


Why It Matters

When I finally reignited my own spark — when I moved with purpose, ate with intention, and ditched the alcohol fog — everything changed. My body followed my mindset, not the other way around.
