By creating an account, completing the Energy Audit, or purchasing any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Services

Ignite Fit Life provides a human performance platform including the Energy Audit, Capacity Score engine, AI Performance Advisor, weekly check-ins, and coaching programmes. Our services are designed for general performance and wellness improvement and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to use this platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information when completing assessments
• You agree not to share your account with others

4. Health Disclaimer

The Ignite Fit Life platform provides performance and wellness information for educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health, diet, or exercise routine. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• The Energy Management System is a 12-week programme — no refunds after the programme has commenced
• Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ignite Fit Life platform including the POS Protocol, Capacity Score framework, Operating States framework, and all written and visual content is the intellectual property of Ignite Fit Life. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ignite Fit Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
